Models of Approach to Support Young People
This interactive course encourages staff to reflect on their own support styles and explore how different approaches can positively influence outcomes for young people. Delegates will examine the factors that affect young people’s behaviour and engagement, including developmental, psychological, and social influences. Practical strategies for building trust, improving communication, and applying inclusive models of support are explored throughout. This session is suitable for those working in youth services, education, health, or care settings.
