Course Description

The transition from team member to team supervisor can be a challenging one. This course defines the core skills that make a good supervisor as well as examining roles and responsibilities. Delegates will consider the importance of good communication in goal setting. The course also looks at time management and dealing with conflict.

Staff may display all of the skills required for supervision but will often be promoted without fully understanding what is required of them. This course defines the role and provides guidance on potential pitfalls as well as best practice for success.
