Care Act Awareness
This course provides delegates with a clear understanding of the Mental Health Act (MHA) and the Care Act, including their purpose, application, and how they impact professional roles and the people they support. Delegates will explore key elements such as sectioning, advocacy, person-centred care, and the principles of wellbeing and independence. Through discussion and reflection, participants will develop confidence in applying both Acts within their daily practice. This course is ideal for health and social care staff.
