Person-Centred Planning (For Learning Disabilities)
This course is for staff who work in learning disability settings and therefore need a solid understanding of the principles and practice of person-centred planning.
Attending delegates will learn how PCP helps service users with disabilities plan and organise their future. The course will cover the ethos behind person-centred planning and delegates will explore the tools that are used including MAPs, PATH, PFP and ELP.
Person-centred planning is a way of organising around one person to define and create a better future. – Pete Richie
