Prader-Willi Syndrome Awareness
This course introduces delegates to the genetic condition Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), including its causes, characteristics, and associated health and behavioural concerns. Participants will explore how to recognise features of PWS, understand the challenges individuals may face, and identify appropriate ways to support needs around communication, nutrition, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. This course is suitable for support workers, care staff, anyone working with individuals who have PWS.
